Yes 1000% agreed. The list method really works, never knew about it til you mentioned it in one of your streams I think and started to try it cause I used to write all the task in my head. Which made me not do any of those things i plan for the day loll. Now, I do this almost daily, actually make me get things done and not second guess myself. Awesome stuff.
Spot on, Jon. This is so close to what I do (including NOT doing it half the time) that I want to send you a time-stamped version of a YouTube script about it that I'm filming next week, just so you know I haven't nicked it. I don't do the most stressful thing first or the self-talk yet, but they're great ideas. Lovely stuff.
Hey Jon, Loved your recent piece on “The List.” It’s such a stupidly simple idea, yet I relate so much to abandoning it and then wondering why everything feels chaotic. What really stood out for me was the emphasis on spotting the task you’re avoiding and leaning into it.I share a very similar mindset in my own series on productivity hacks. I’ve been building a collection of byte-sized, actionable productivity tips that people can actually follow without guilt or burnout.
Would love if you had a moment to check it out or even drop it as a reference in one of your future posts if you think it resonates with your audience. I think we’re speaking the same language here
This will really be helpful and am going to try it,thanks for sharing.

I look forward to the vid mate, because I will inevitably have forgotten to write my list that day.
I'm a sucker for lists. Like to-do lists are my thaaaaang!
